BYD e6 e6H Roof Lining (Headliner) Repair Case
This real BYD e6 e6H roof lining case was completed by The Regency Leather in Singapore. The 2017 no-sunroof vehicle arrived with badly sagging and detached interior roof fabric. The case photographs show the removed headliner board and the completed interior before and after refurbishment.

The original foam backing had deteriorated and separated from the headliner board. Applying adhesive over degraded foam does not provide a dependable repair, so the board must be removed and prepared before new material is installed.
Work Carried Out
- The necessary interior trims and headliner board were removed carefully.
- The detached fabric and deteriorated foam residue were removed.
- The board surface was cleaned and prepared for reliable bonding.
- New replacement roof lining fabric was fitted across the board, edges and openings.
- The refurbished headliner and interior components were reinstalled.
- The completed roof lining was checked for fitment, alignment, wrinkles and loose areas.
Completed Result
The finished photographs show the BYD e6 e6H roof lining fitted back into the vehicle with a clean, firm and evenly finished interior surface.
Three-Year Limited Warranty
This roof lining work includes a three-year limited warranty covering detachment caused by failure of materials supplied by The Regency Leather, adhesive bonding or our installation workmanship.
The warranty does not cover owner or third-party damage, dirt or stains, water ingress or roof leaks, soaking, or original factory headliner fasteners, clips and mounting components coming loose.
